R H Heating & Gas Services Ltd are Max Accredited Ideal Heating Installers, Vaillant Advance Installers & Megaflow Installers. Therefore, we are able to offer you an enhanced guarantee on these boilers and unvented cylinders upon installation (Manufacturers parts & labour only) and providing the boiler is serviced annually and the service booklet is completed.

We will request an initial deposit of up to 50% of the total cost at the time of booking, prior to any work commencing. This deposit is non-refundable once the materials have been ordered. Upon the completion of work, you will be invoiced for the remaining balance.

The remaining balance will be due upon receipt of the final invoice. R H Heating & Gas Services Ltd reserves the right to charge 4% over the base interest rate if there is any delay in the remaining payment due. Once the final balance has been paid all compliance certificates for any work will be forwarded via email.

All works carried out by R H Heating & Gas Services Ltd outside of the manufacturer’s warranties are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the day of completion, labour only. The guarantee will be void if the system/product has been misused, tampered with, or modified in any way.

R H Heating & Gas Services Ltd accepts no responsibility if any materials fitted are to be supplied by the customer. R H Heating & Gas Services Ltd accepts no responsibility for any works carried out simultaneously by others.

Work is guaranteed only in respect of work carried out directly by R H Heating & Gas Services Ltd and where full payment has been made. Any additional work will be invoiced accordingly.

R H Heating & Gas Services Ltd accepts no responsibility for any of the existing system. Any extra visits made to finish works which have been delayed by the customer or other contractors will be invoiced accordingly.

Whilst all due care will be taken, we accept no responsibility for any furnishings, fixings or decorations required to be removed or lifted when carrying out the proposed works. Unless stated we have assumed that all extra/building works will be carried out by others. Where a boiler is under the manufacturer’s warranty/guarantee,any required work will be covered directly through the manufacturer.
